Lotus Yoga All Levels: A paddleboard yoga class made for everyone from beginners to well-seasoned practitioners. Get ready to explore a little more out of your comfort zone! This fun practice combines holding yoga postures while feeling the connection of body and breath on a foundation that requires you to box yourself in with the experience. Take the challenge and get a little wet along the way! No experience necessary for paddleboarding and/or yoga.
